Orders and Delivery

Our beautiful china is made using British fine bone china. We produce your choice of artwork and message individually for each order, decorate by hand and then fire in our kiln to temperatures of 800°C+. This process takes time but allows us to accommodate a huge range of design requests to make a truly bespoke product for you, and the results are both beautiful and durable.

All our china is dishwasher safe and as well suited to everyday use as to being a special gift. We use all our samples daily at home - including many cups of coffee, cider and prosecco!

All our items are made to order and will usually be dispatched within 5 days of receiving an order. If your order is for a specific day or date, please get in touch to notify us so we can prioritise it. For these orders we recommend using the Special Delivery option when checking out to track and guarantee your delivery.

Delivery 

All our orders are sent Royal Mail 1st class, and delivery times are estimates only unless you order Special Delivery which is guaranteed for the next day following dispatch. If your order is urgent or for a special date please do get in touch before ordering so we can try to accommodate this. 

Most orders will arrive within 48 hours from dispatch.

Our delivery rates are calculated based on package weight.
